How does pet sitting work?
We visit your home based on your pet’s needs, providing feeding, walks, medication, companionship, and home care services while you’re away.
Do I get the same pet sitter each time?
We strive to provide consistency so your pet becomes familiar with their sitter whenever possible.

How many visits does my pet need per day?
Most dogs require 2–4 visits per day depending on age, routine and needs.
Your pet is more comfortable staying in the comfort of its own environment. It saves you and your pet the stress of going to and from the kennel. Your pet gets customized care so it maintains a normal schedule. You are likely to save money over a kennel especially when you get home "after hours".
Please book as far ahead as possible so we have time for a meet and greet and time to get your place on the schedule. Normally that is 2 weeks ahead for new clients and 1 week ahead for current clients. Please book at least one month ahead for Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas as these fill up fast.
Multi-day assignments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee prior to start time of service. Two week's notice is due prior to all Overnight Services, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Once an assignment has started, full payment is due regardless of cancellation of entire days or early return (unless prearranged). Regularly scheduled daily/weekly service may be cancelled by 8 am the day of service without being charged.
