If we are currently caring for your pets, please text, call or email (in that order) and we will get back to you ASAP.
Outside dogs have a minimum of one visit per day, inside dogs have a minimum of two visits per day (for vacation sits, not midday only).
Vacation visits are approximately 30 min. Daily walks are approximately 30 min. Cat visits are as agreed upon.
General time ranges for visits are: For two visits/day - 8 am and 8 pm.
For three visits/day - 8 am, 2 pm, 8 pm
For four visits/day - 8 am, 1 pm, 5 pm, 9 pm
All times are approximate and depend on the current schedule. We try to honor all reasonable time requests depending on sitter availability.
We are unable to guarantee specific times but we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Puppies less than 12 weeks of age will be visited within a 30 min window of stated time, otherwise visits will be +/- 1 hour.
Brushing and walks included if desired. Please leave brush and leash. Dogs must wear ID tag.
Pet sitting assignment is accepted only at the discretion of the sitter.
Picking up mail, papers, plant watering (within reason), rotating lights is included. Additional fee may be added for extensive watering.
Client agrees to pay immediately upon return for all extras (supplies, trip charge, vet visits)
Dogs must have had their puppy vaccines. Current vaccinations, titers, protective antibody test or valid medical/age related exemptions are all acceptable.
Once a day clients (cats, small animals) please specify return/departure dates and times.
Crated dogs must have a minimum of three visits a day.
Outside dogs have a minimum of one visit per day, inside dogs have a minimum of two visits per day (for vacation pet sitting, not midday only).
*Please note: While we will do our best to keep your plants alive, we are pet sitters, not gardeners. We DO NOT guarantee plants. We will not use fabric/pocket hoses due to their delicate nature. Please supply rubber watering hose or watering can.
Scheduling may be done through Time to Pet (TTP) (preferable), email or text. We love chatting with you, but if you call please make sure and follow up with a written form of communication. You will be sent a confirmation for all TTP requests and your booking is not finalized until you get the confirmation.
You will receive a return text/call/email for every communication. If you have not, we did not receive your request. If you need service in less than 48 hrs, please text or call (don't use TTP or email).
Our office hours are M-F 8 am - 5 pm. This is when texts/phone calls/emails will be answered for normal communication. Emails and TTP requests may not be answered until the following day.
Cancellation Policy
Once services are booked, sitter time is reserved and staffing is scheduled.
- Multi-day assignments canceled or partially canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total assignment, even if only some visits or days are canceled (including delayed departures).
- Overnight services and Thanksgiving/Christmas bookings require two weeks’ notice. Cancellations or reductions made with less notice are charged in full.
- Once an assignment has started, full payment is due for all scheduled services, including cancellations of entire days or early returns, unless changes were prearranged in advance.
- Regularly scheduled daily/weekly services may be canceled by 8:00 a.m. on the day of service without charge. Late cancellations are charged in full.
By booking services, clients agree that all cancellations or reductions made after the applicable cutoff are billable.
